He was last years Poland Invitational 100 meter dash and long jump champion. 2018 Season: In 2018 Tre was the NEO regional champion in the 100 meter dash (10.80), anchored a first place 4 x 200 meter relay (1:29.09) and was long jump champion (22’9″). He moved on to the state track meet and won the 100 meter dash in 10.78, was 3rd in the 200 (22.00) and won the long jump championship with a jump of 22′ 10.5″ (school record). 2019 Indoors: At last weeks OATCCC Indoor State Track Meet at the Spire in Geneva, Ohio, Tre won the 60 meter dash in 6.84 (ran 6.80 in prelims). That 6.80 time ranks him 8th nationally. School Records:Tre currently holds the following school records at CVCA: 200 meter dash-21.86; long jump 22’10.5″ (set at last years state track meet). He passed Ryan Adams as the all-time point scorer in CVCA boys track history. He currently holds 4 state outdoor track titles and 1 indoor title. This spring he has the chance to become the most decorated CVCA athlete ever. Future: Tre has accepted a scholarship to play football at Cincinnati University. Tre was one of the top recruits for Cincinnati. He was asked to enroll early but decided to stay at CVCA for his senior outdoor track season. I for one am glad he decided to stay. I will enjoy watching him compete this his senior season. Look forward to seeing Tre and all the fine athletes coming to Poland on April 27th.
